Abstract
Eight pregnane-type steroidal glycosides, gymnemogriffithosides A-H, were isolated from the pericarp of Gymnema griffithii. Their structures were determined by NMR spectroscopy, HRESIMS, and chemical methods. All the isolated compounds were evaluated for their in vitro cytotoxic and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities.75
