Abstract
Sixteen daphnane-type diterpenoids, along with 15 known ones, were isolated from Trigonostemon thyrsoideum. The anti-HIV-1 activities of the compounds were evaluated in vitro, and five of them showed potent anti-HIV-1 activities, with the EC50 values 0.015-0.001Â nM and TI values 1618-17,619.
