Abstract
Two cadinane sesquiterpenes, lyophyllone A (1), and lyophyllanetriol A (2), were isolated from the fruiting bodies of the Basidiomycete Lyophyllum transforme. The absolute configuration was assigned by comparison of the experimental CD spectrum with those calculated by the TD-DFT method.
