Abstract
⺠X-ray analysis of raucaffricine-O-β-d-glucosidase (RG) and several ligand complexes of the enzyme. ⺠X-ray measurement at 295 K deliver high quality data sets with unprecedented speed (<2 min). ⺠The data obtained at 295 K and 100 K are highly comparable. ⺠RG structure complexes with glycerol, glucose and secologanin delineate the sugar binding pocket.
