Abstract
⺠Hairy root of Ophiorrhiza pumila is a feasible system for camptothecin production. ⺠Camptothecin related alkaloids were reduced in the RNAi hairy root of O. pumila. ⺠Analysis of RNAi hairy roots is a potential method to identify intermediates.
