Abstract
⺠Naphthylisoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from the plant Ancistrocladus tectorius. ⺠Absolute stereostructures were assigned by chemical, NMR, MS, and CD methods. ⺠Three of the compounds show excellent - and specific - antiplasmodial activities.
