Abstract
⺠Spore-derived mycobionts of the Vietnamese lichen Sarcographa tricosa were cultivated. ⺠Eremophilane-type sesquiterpenes were isolated from the cultures and their structures were determined. ⺠This is the first instance of isolation of eremophilane-type sesquiterpenes from lichen mycobionts in culture.
