Abstract
► LC-ESI-MS led to easy identification of eight chemotypes of R. siliquosa complex. ► Each chemotype was unambiguously identified in comparison to methods as TLC, HPLC. ► 10 Major compounds were isolated. ► 22 Minor/novel compounds were for the first time detected from these species. ► One novel chemotype of R. siliquosa was reported with one specific compound.
