Abstract
⺠CK biosynthesis inhibitor candidates were searched for using a systematic approach. ⺠Uniconazole was found to inhibit formation of trans- and cis-zeatin and trans-zeatin-riboside in the CK biosynthesis pathway. ⺠The targets in CK biosynthesis are CYP735As in Arabidopsis.
