Abstract
⺠LC-MS and HPLC-UV were used to study the phenolics of Hypericum undulatum. ⺠23 phenolic were identified in HU wild growing (WG) and culture growing (CG) plants. ⺠HPLC-UV was used to quantify and compare the major phenolic compounds. ⺠HU WG plants have more phenolics compared to in vitro shoot cultures. ⺠HU WG plants have higher antioxidants properties compared to CG plants.
