Abstract
⺠HPLC-ESIMSn profiling of the triterpene glycosides occurring in Astragalus tauricolus. ⺠By HPLC-ESIMSn, 22 oleanane-type triterpene glycosides were identified. ⺠Ten saponins never reported before were isolated from A. tauricolus whole plant. ⺠Cycloartane glycosides, the main Astragalus spp. constituents, were not found.
