Abstract
⺠CBN was metabolized by rats liver microsomes in vitro. ⺠Thirteen metabolites containing eight new compounds were obtained. ⺠Four types of biotransformation pathways of CBN were proposed. ⺠CBN and the main metabolites exhibited satisfactory anti-inflammatory activities.
