Abstract
⺠ATMA is a neoclerodane diterpenoid isolated from Ajuga taiwanensis. ⺠ATMA disrupts the focal adhesion complex by decreasing phosphorylation of paxillin and focal adhesion kinase (FAK). ⺠ATMA reduces the tumorigenic and metastatic abilities of A549 cancer cells.
