Abstract
⺠We isolated five phloroglucinol derivatives from Hypericum empetrifolium. ⺠We applied a 1H NMR guided approach. ⺠We found a rare monoterpenoid substitution of the phloroglucinols. ⺠We found significant inhibition of cell proliferation in endothelial cells.
