Abstract
⺠Six eudesmane sesquiterpene lactones were isolated from Chloranthus elatior. ⺠The structure of an eudesmanolide was revised. ⺠The HMBC and ROESY correlations of hydroxy proton signals were applied for structure elucidation. ⺠The CD exciton chirality method was employed to determine absolute configuration.
