Abstract
⺠At N terminus are three helices which may be involved in regulation of plant enzyme. ⺠There are some differences in the loop regions of the At-DAHPS isozymes. ⺠(I/L)GAR motif in type I DAHPS is replaced by xGxR in the case of type II DAHPS. ⺠Motif NK(/I)PGR(/K) is present in sequences of type II DAHPS including At-DAHPS.
