Abstract
⺠Seven clerodane diterpenes, teupolins VI-XII, were isolated from aerial part of Teucrium polium. ⺠The structure of the compounds have been elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. ⺠The cytotoxicity of seventeen neo-clerodanes from this plant has been assessed against HepG2 cells. ⺠All of the compounds showed low toxicity values also at the higher concentration tested.
