Abstract
⺠Six triterpenes and a triterpene glucoside were isolated from Dysoxylum cumingianum. ⺠Twelve compounds were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against human cancer cell lines, including a MDR cell line. ⺠Three compounds showed potent cytotoxicity against MDR cancer cells in the presence of colchicine. ⺠These compounds might have some MDR-reversing effects.
