Abstract
⺠Bursera fagaroides biosynthesize podophyllotoxin related lignans. ⺠Vibrational circular dichroism spectra was used to assign the absolute configuration of lignans. ⺠Lignans from B. fagaroides have the same configuration as (â)-podophyllotoxin.
