Abstract
⺠An acylphloroglucinol and five xanthones from Hypericum ellipticum. ⺠Structures elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses. ⺠Acylphloroglucinol and xanthones were evaluated for cytotoxicity testing. ⺠Compounds showed selective cytotoxicity for colon cancer cells compared to normal colon cells.
