Abstract
⺠Eight polyoxygenated cyclohexenes were isolated from Monanthotaxis congoensis. ⺠The compounds were isolated using a high-throughput natural products discovery approach. ⺠Structures were determined using NMR, MS, and optical rotation analyses. ⺠One compound displayed moderate antiproliferative activity against NCI-H460 and M14 cancer cells.
