Abstract
⺠Two geranylated flavonoids bonanniols D and E were obtained from Bonannia graeca. ⺠Bonanniol C with a cyclized dihydropyran ring exhibited highest cytotoxicity. ⺠The geranyl side chain seemed to play an important role in the cytotoxic activity.
