Abstract
⺠LC-ESI-MS and MRM protocols were used to generate a wheat leaf phenolome. ⺠Cold acclimation induces differential accumulation of phenolics in winter and spring wheat. ⺠3â²,4â²,5â²-Trimethyltricetin was identified as a constituent of wheat leaves. ⺠Wheat leaf constituents may be considered a rich, affordable source of nutraceuticals.
