Abstract
⺠This study reports on a cyclodepsipeptide, lagunamide C, from the marine cyanobacterium, Lyngbya majuscula. ⺠Lagunamide C displayed significant cytotoxic property against various cancer cell lines. ⺠This compound represents an hitherto unknown sub-class of aurilide-related molecules.
