Abstract
⺠Plant phenolics inhibit carbonylation of albumin induced by hypochlorite or peroxynitrite. ⺠Known antioxidant potency does not correlate the effect against peroxynitrite. ⺠The dihydroflavonol, 7-methylaromadendrin is the most potent agent in leukocyte carbonylation.
