Abstract
⺠We investigated the constituents of the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis. ⺠Activity-guided isolation led to a discovery of 8 compounds including 4 new ones. ⺠The eight compounds inhibited the activity of α-glucosidase in vitro. ⺠The constituents of the leaves differ significantly from the agarwood of A. sinensis.
