Abstract
⺠We detected 20 phenolic compounds in a tea made from Anastatica hirerochuntica seed. ⺠Luteolin glycosides were the most numerous components. ⺠3,4-Dihydroxybenzoic acid, chlorogenic acids and flavones were the main antioxidants.
