Abstract
⺠We propose the chemical and morphological characterization of Primula spectabilis. ⺠Phytochemical study regards flavonoids and volatile compounds of leaves. ⺠Morphological analysis regards leaf and flower epidermal and trichome structures. ⺠Flavonoids and trichome structures seem to characterize univocally this species. ⺠We hypothesize a correlation between the olfactory/visible signals and pollination.
