Abstract
⺠We overview the most common types of post-translation modification that proteins undergo during cellular processing and their importance. ⺠We discuss the methodologies available to the study of these specific modifications. ⺠We overview a number of reports of such analysis in plants as examples of the application of post-translation modification analysis of proteins in plant science.
