Abstract
⺠Arabidopsis seedlings were treated with menadione to induce oxidative stress. ⺠The metabolic responses were examined by proteomic- and metabolomic-approaches. ⺠Blue-native PAGE was employed to analyse the enzyme complexes in mitochondria. ⺠The change in spot intensity was closely related to the metabolite profile. ⺠Some metabolic pathways would be regulated by reassembly of enzyme complexes.
