Abstract

âº Arabidopsis seedlings were treated with menadione to induce oxidative stress. âº The metabolic responses were examined by proteomic- and metabolomic-approaches. âº Blue-native PAGE was employed to analyse the enzyme complexes in mitochondria. âº The change in spot intensity was closely related to the metabolite profile. âº Some metabolic pathways would be regulated by reassembly of enzyme complexes.
