Abstract
⺠Highly sensitive detection method for autophosphorylation was developed. ⺠179 of 759 Arabidopsis protein kinases (PKs) had autophosphorylation activity. ⺠Four groups (1.6, 1.10, 4.4 and 4.5) were high autophosphorylation PKs. ⺠High autophosphorylation PKs were involved in diverse biological functions.
