Arabidopsis peroxidase-catalyzed copolymerization of coniferyl and sinapyl alcohols: Kinetics of an endwise process

A kinetics monitoring of the different species formed during the oxidation of sinapyl and coniferyl alcohols by an Arabidopsis purified peroxidase allowed sequencing the bondings responsible for oligomerization and to identify key molecular structures associated with the incorporation of S alcohol.
