Abstract
TLR4 dimerization is one of the initial steps triggering the activation of TLR4. Therefore, TLR4 dimerization by isoliquiritigenin was established by co-immunoprecipitation, using IL-3 dependent Ba/F3 cells stably transfected with murine Flag- and GFP-tagged TLR4. isoliquiritigenin inhibited LPS-induced TLR4 dimerization.
