Abstract
⺠Araucaria angustifolia is an endangered Brazilian native conifer tree. ⺠We performed a combined proteome analysis in mature and germinated embryos. ⺠2-DE analysis indicated the differential expression of 32 protein spots. ⺠Label-free approach resulted in the detection of 24 stage enriched proteins. ⺠Proteins were mostly involved in energy, translational processes; oxidative stress.
