Abstract
The symbiotic microalga Coccomyxa mucigena produced an O-methylated mannogalactan, with a (1 → 6)-linked β-galactopyranose main-chain partially substituted at O-3 by β-Galp, 3-OMe-α-Manp or α-Manp units.
