Abstract
Two monoclonal antibodies designated INRA-COU1 and INRA-COU2, against p-coumaric acid were generated using a 5-O-pCou-Ara(1 â 4)Xyl-containing neoglycoprotein as an immunogen. INRA-COU1 is specific to p-coumaric acid either esterified or not to arabinose residue; INRA-COU2, only recognized esterified coumarate.
