Abstract
Microbial transformation of 20(S)-protopanaxadiol (1) by the fungus Mucor spinosus AS 3.3450 yielded eight metabolites. The in vitro cytotoxic activities of the metabolites against two human cancer cell lines (HL-60 and K562) were evaluated.
