Abstract
Putranjiva roxburghii is an ornamental tree of tropical India known as child life tree that belongs to the Euphorbiaceae family. A highly stable and potent trypsin inhibitor (PRTI) of approximately 34Â kDa was purified and characterized from its seeds.
