Abstract
Four sesquiterpenes (1-4) along with two known ones were isolated from Ligularia platyglossa. A dimer of eremophilenolides (1) linked at C-2 β/C-8â²Î± was obtained for the first time. Compound 3 showed cytotoxic activities against HL-60, B16, BEL7402 and Hela cancer cells.
