Abstract
A rapid and sensitive method was developed for simultaneous quantification of multiple classes of phytohormones and some srelated metabolites in crude plant extracts without purification or derivatization. The technology was applied to analyze biotic and abiotic stress-induced changes of phytohormones in Arabidopsis tissues, starting with 50-100Â mg fresh tissue.
