Abstract
The flavone dimer, 5-hydroxy-4â²,7-dimethoxyflavone-(6-C-6â³)-5â³-hydroxy-3â´,4â´,7â³-trimethoxyflavone, was isolated from a methanol extract of leaves from Miconia cabucu. Its structure was established on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR and HRTOFMS spectroscopic analyses.
