Abstract
The application of high-throughput genomics approaches relying on EST-sequencing, in silico-, and microarray-based transcriptome profiling has substantially widened our molecular understanding of mycorrhizal symbioses. This review summarizes recent acitivities in the field that apply bioinformatics tools to integrate transcriptome profiling experiments in model mycorrhizae.
