Abstract
Scopoletin and scopolin accumulate in Arabidopsis thaliana. Deficient mutation of CYP98A3 led to a significant reduction of their levels. Levels of skimmin, of which trace amounts were detected in the wild type, increased in mutants of CYP98A3.
