Abstract
A cheap and time sparing solid phase biosynthesis of the octadecanoid cis(+)-12-oxo-phyodienoic acid is provided to the “jasmonate community”. With this method high amounts of enantioselective oxylipin metabolites can by synthesized for physiological studies and octadecanoid-metabolomics.
