Abstract
Two iridoid glycosides, harprocumbide A and harprocumbide B were isolated from tubers of Harpagophytum prucumbens D.C., along with nine known iridoid glycosides. One of these compounds displayed marginal inhibition activity against macrophages respiratory burst following chemiluminescence method.
