Abstract
Four aldose reductase inhibitors were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the shoots of Artemisia dracunculus. These compounds were identified as 4,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid, davidigenin, 6-demethoxycapillarisin and 2â²,4â²-dihydroxy-4-methoxydihydrochalcone.
