Abstract
- Two new metabolites named desmiflavasides A and B were isolated from Desmidorchis flava.
- Two new structures were elucidated by 1D NMR, 2D NMR, and ESIMS experiments.
- Desmiflavaside B induced a 27.4% (conc. 75 μg/ml) and 33.1% (conc. 100 μg/ml) growth inhibition of breast cancer cell.
- Desmiflavasides A and B showed weak antioxidant and urease enzyme inhibition.
