Abstract
- Ten isoquinoline alkaloids were isolated from the rhizoma of Coptis chinensis.
- The chiral separation and structure elucidation of a pair of new enantiomeric isoquinoline alkaloids were described.
- Berberine (8) displayed synergistic antibacterial activity against MRSA in combination with ceftazidime and cefepime.
