Abstract
- Four compounds were isolated from Chrysanthemum morifolium by bioassay-guided fractionation.
- The new peroxysesquiterpene lactone was elucidated as 10α-hydroxy-1α,4α-peroxide-2-guaien-12,6α-olide.
- The results may explain the hyperglycemia lowering property of C. morifolium.
