Abstract
⺠A MeOH extract from seeds of Nigella sativa significantly reduced liver TG content. ⺠Two new acylated dolabellane-type diterpenes, nigellamines B3 and D, were isolated. ⺠Several diterpene constituents were found to show TG metabolism promoting activity.
